Status Updates:

November 5, 2019

My doctor is giving me a week to go into labor naturally. I will have several tests (ultrasound, non-stress test, exam) on Friday and after that, The plan is to schedule an induction for late Sunday or early Monday. There is no reason to think I won't go into labor before then, but this is the new plan if I do not. If the induction does not take, there will be a C-section but we won't know that until it's about to happen.

November 1, 2019

Well, it's November and I'm still pregnant. I did have a false alarm on Oct 30 that brought me to the hospital for a labor check. I was still just 1-1.5 cm dilated and the contractions, although regular, were not causing any further dilation. At this point they are no longer regular, but hoping for something more productive soon.
